Art Portraits for Family or Group Photoshoot:

1. Make introductions, discuss ideas and goals for photography session.
2. After agreement on terms and conditions, scope, style, deliverables, wardrobe, location(s), time, date.
   • Retainer: $250 to $350. Due for payment on or before photo day. Covers setup, transportation and up to first hour onsite.
   • This amount applied as credit to photography fee. Refundable before photo day, can be rescheduled.
   • On-Location Photography Rate: $150-200/hr depending on location and equipment requirements.
   • Silicon Valley area photography sessions don't require travel and lodging expenses. Will quote, as required.
3. Photo Day
   • Confirm preparation for location, equipment, wardrobe, styling, weather, … Reschedule, if required.
   • Adjust portrait plan as needed to optimize results.
4. Private Online Album
   • All proof photos are available online for review by family or group members.
   • Proof images have basic enhancement for color, brightness, ...
   • Each image has a [Download] button to copy the image to the local computer.
   • These proof images are suitable for social media or 5x7 printing (1,200 px)
   • We will review online album to select images for retouching, in-house printing, DIY printing or Pro printing services, as required.
5. Print and Enhancement Ordering
   • Each image has an [Order Options] link to review the current product offerings.
   • Selections are saved in the Shopping Cart.
   • For group orders, each person can order independently or one combined online order can be used. Quantity discount available.

In-house Printing

1. Use online album order form to make image and print size selections.
2. All printing will use the original high resolution image files, retouched for color correction, brightness, composition, ...
3. Print fees begin at $20. Check online order form for all print options.
4. In-house Printing delivered with high gloss paper, heavy weight, fade resistant, with dye ink.

Lab Service Printing

2. All professional photo printing options are available including books, albums, metal, canvas, acrylic, matted and framed photos.
3. We will provide a quote based on your requests.

Order Options

1. Advanced Image Retouching: includes but not limited to blemish removal, red-eye correction, skin smoothing, fine-tuning of eyes and teeth, minor detail adjustments, background replacement, object removal. Includes consultation.
2. $20.00 per image.

3. For DIY Printing: The original high resolution image files will be retouched for color correction, brightness, composition, ... These high resolution images will replace proof images in online album. Downloadable for local use.
4. $20.00 per image.
