• Planning Conversation:
  • Make introductions, discuss ideas and goals for photography session.
  • After agreement on terms and conditions, scope, style, deliverables, wardrobe, location(s), time, date.
  • With agreement: A Retainer Fee is due see below.

• Event Coverage:
  • Confirm preparation for location, equipment, wardrobe, styling, weather, … Reschedule, if required.
  • Make photos. Adjust portrait plan as needed to optimize results.

• Image Review & Selection:
  • Review Proof Photos Using Private Online Album
  • Use Login with Access Code to view all Proof images.
  • Share Access Code with family or group members as preferred.
  • Proof images have basic enhancement for color, brightness, ...
  • Each image has a [Download] button to copy the image to the local computer.
  • These proof images are suitable for social media
  • We will review online album with you to select images for retouching, printing, or production in specialized printing services.

• Final Delivery Options:
  • Each image has an [Order Options] link to review the popular print options.
  • Selections are saved in the Shopping Cart with PayPal payment options.
  • We offer additional professional printing services as needed by quote. e.g., Books, Art Prints, Metal, Acrylic and more.
  • For group orders, each person can order independently or one combined online order can be used. Quantity discount available.
• Session Fee Details:
  • Retainer: $250 to $350. Due for payment on or before photo day. Covers setup, transportation and up to first hour onsite.
  • This amount applied as credit to total session fee. Refundable before photo day. Session can be rescheduled.
  • Session Fee includes production of online private Proofs Album for image review.
  • Session Fee includes basic photo retouching for illumination and color.
  • On-Location Photography Rate: $150-200/hr depending on location and equipment requirements.
  • Silicon Valley area photography sessions don't require travel and lodging expenses. Will quote, as required.
