1. Planning Conversation
Every successful session begins with clarity.

Once we confirm the details, a retainer secures your date on our calendar.
2. Photo Session
On Session day, everything is prepared so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience.
- Location logistics confirmed
- Equipment and lighting prepared
- Styling details finalized
- Weather plan (if outdoors)
Whether it’s a family gathering, a milestone event, or a model portrait session,
our goal is authentic expressions, natural interaction, and polished results.
3. Image Review & Selection
Shortly after your session, you’ll receive access to your
Private Online Proof Gallery.
- Secure login access
- Login can be shared with your group
- No or minor color correction
- Marked as Proof Image
We’re happy to review your gallery with you and help select images for wall art,
albums, prints, full-resolution enhanced digital, or specialty display pieces.
4. Ordering & Final Delivery
Ordering is simple and secure directly through your online gallery.

- Online Cart checkout has all PayPal payment options
- Individual or group ordering options
- Quantity discounts available
- Custom ordering options can be discussed for quote.
Your final photographs are delivered in high-resolution digital format, with museum-quality production including Fine Art Prints,
Custom Albums, Canvas, Metal, Acrylic, and specialty finishes.
Your finished artwork arrives professionally enhanced and ready to display for years to come.
Session Fee Details
Retainer: $250–$350 depending on location in the Silicon Valley area and equipment requirements.
- Secures your session date
- Covers setup, transportation, and first hour onsite
- Applied as credit toward your total session fee
- Refundable prior to photo day
- Rescheduling available if needed
- Includes production of Online Proofs Gallery
- An Access Code will be provided as soon as available.
On-Location Rate: If needed, $150–$200 per additional hour
Additional travel quoted as needed.
