I, Mike phone test, hereby grant Michael Seely Photography, my permission to use the digital images taken on the below date for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. The digital images taken with Trix. (pet) are also included in this consent agreement.

Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
