By filling-in the above information, I hereby grant Michael Seely Photography, my permission to use the digital images taken today (09-08-2024) for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. If an event, subject, child, pet or other name is filled-in, these corresponding images are also included in this consent agreement.

Also, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
